What can you learn from the report?
The app brings together selected records and map information, including flooding, landslides, quick clay, radon and registered buildings where data is available. Read the source and status of each finding. Missing data is a question to follow up, not confirmation that a property has no risk.
Use the findings alongside the sales documents
Compare the report with the condition report, approved drawings and information from the seller. A map finding can help you ask a more precise question, but does not establish the condition of the building or whether a room is approved for its current use.
