The automated report is a tool for identifying matters that deserve further review. Data may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Material findings must be checked with the original source, the municipality or a qualified professional.

Limitations

• No guarantee of municipal approval.
• No guarantee that every defect, omission or risk will be found.
• No legal decision on liability, deadlines or compensation.
• No technical certification of buildings, ground or structures.
• No replacement for the sales prospectus, condition report or professional advice.
