How Budsjekk App works
The free app retrieves selected information from public registers and maps. When the property boundary is available, it uses that boundary to check which mapped areas the property overlaps. The report also shows relevant nearby findings and the sources of the information.
Maps and registers can contain gaps or outdated information. Read the findings alongside sales documents and investigations of the home. If a source does not respond, the report marks the information as missing.
