How Budsjekk processes personal data
Engineering og Rådgivning AS, Norwegian organisation number 934 094 271, is the controller for personal data processed through Budsjekk.
Contact form
When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, optional telephone number, role, matter type and stage, municipality, optional property address and deadline, and the description you provide. We use this information to assess and answer your enquiry and follow up what you have requested.
Processing is necessary to take steps you request before a possible contract, or is based on our legitimate interest in handling general enquiries and securing the service. Enquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted no later than 12 months after the last contact. If an agreement is entered into, relevant information may be retained longer where required for the agreement or by law.
Formspree is used to receive, filter and deliver the form submission to Budsjekk. Cloudflare delivers the website and may process necessary security logs. The form does not accept attachments. Do not send national identity numbers, health or financial information, passwords or confidential documents.
Cookies and local storage
A cookie and local storage entry named budsjekk_lang stores only no or en. It remembers the selected language between the information site and Budsjekk App.
A cookie and local storage entry named budsjekk_theme stores only light, dark or system. It applies the same selected colour theme to the information site and Budsjekk App.
The cookies expire one year after they are saved or renewed. Local storage has no automatic expiry and remains until you clear the site's browser data. These settings remember your choices and are not advertising identifiers.
External providers
The site loads Archivo and Inter fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download them. Formspree and Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA. Their privacy information describes processing locations and safeguards: Formspree, Cloudflare and Google Fonts.
Budsjekk App
The address you search for is sent to the service so that relevant property data can be retrieved and combined. The report does not require an account or email address. The infrastructure provider may process necessary connection and security logs.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion and, in some cases, restriction or object to processing. Use the contact form or write to Engineering og Rådgivning AS, Brøttemsvegen 825P, 7540 Klæbu, Norway. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
